Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring pages.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to provide and manage transportation services, communicate with you about reservations, process payments, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to charter-party carriers in California, and improve our services.
GOOGLE API SERVICES
CEO EV uses Google Workspace APIs (including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive) to operate internal business tools that help us manage reservations, scheduling, and business correspondence. These tools access data only from CEO EV's own business accounts, with the account owner's authorization.
CEO EV's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the internal business functions described above; we do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide those functions, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law; we do not use this data for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read this data except with the account owner's consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who support our operations (such as dispatch software, payment processors, and affiliate or farm-out drivers who fulfill a trip), and with authorities where required by law or regulation.
DATA RETENTION
We retain trip and business records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet tax, insurance, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
